We are holding a book concert to commemorate the publication of How to Deal with the Anxieties of Your Thirties. This book addresses the anxiety experienced by today’s younger generation, who live carrying the burdens of employment, income, housing, marriage, and old age all at once amid relentless competition and comparison. With author Professor Yongha Kim, we have prepared an event to share a reflective solution that, drawing on Epicurus’s happiness theory of “minimizing anxiety,” encourages people to clarify what they truly want rather than simply having more, and to establish their own standards for success and happiness.
We look forward to the attendance of all those who are interested.
