□ Eligible Books: The Road to Serfdom, Free and Great: Adam Smith’s Brilliant Legacy, Free to Choose, Why Did Locke Speak Out for Individual Rights Before the King?, Law Meets Economics, Fake Publicness: The Lie That Claims to Be for Everyone (e-book), The Great AI Transition, How Should Regulation Evolve? (e-book), The Evolution of Identity (8 books total)
□ Submission Period: From 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 14, 2026
□ How to Apply:
1. Read one of the books and write a book review (approximately 2,000 characters including spaces)
2. Submit the application form through the Google Form application page

▶ Please be sure to include your name / affiliation / contact information.
▶ Entries not prepared in accordance with the submission format and instructions may be disadvantaged in the judging process.
□ Announcement of Winners: Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. via website notice and individual notification to winners
□ Award Ceremony: Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 3:00 p.m., online via ZOOM
□ Awards
- Grand Prize: 0 winners (certificate and KRW 500,000)
- Excellence Award: 0 winners (certificate and KRW 200,000)
- Merit Award: 0 winners (certificate and KRW 100,000)
※ All winners will also receive books published by the Center for Free Enterprise (CFE) as additional prizes.
□ Other Information
1. User traffic increases starting the day before the deadline. Please register at least one hour before the deadline.
2. Entries must be submitted in the required application format.
3. In the case of duplicate submissions, the most recently submitted Op-Ed will be considered.
4. Submitted entries cannot be edited or deleted.
5. Copyright to all submitted works belongs to the Center for Free Enterprise (CFE).
6. If a submitted work plagiarizes a previous winning entry or plagiarizes/misappropriates another person’s work, the prize may be revoked even after selection, and all legal responsibility rests with the entrant.
7. The personal information of applicants will be collected and stored for the purposes of the award process, prize distribution, delivery of prizes, and newsletter distribution.
8. Winners will be asked to provide personal information (such as their resident registration number) for tax reporting purposes, and prize money will be paid after withholding tax.
9. Certificates will be provided in PDF format, and physical certificates will be issued only once upon request.
Please note that reissuance of physical certificates is not possible.
