[Seminar] Administrative Integration: Why Is It Needed, and What Are the Problems?

This seminar has been organized to examine the necessity and key issues of administrative integration, explore the significance and direction of local administrative integration, and seek strategies for administrative integration in response to changing relations between the central and local governments. Focusing on the case of the Jeonnam-Gwangju Special City of Integration and the direction of practical fiscal and economic decentralization, it will also review the possibilities and challenges of administrative integration.
