Center for Free Enterprise (CFE) 2nd Video Contest

You are invited to the Center for Free Enterprise (CFE)’s 2nd Video Contest. Show off your fresh ideas and creativity through video to your heart’s content!

· Submission period: Monday, August 23, 2021, 10:00 a.m. to Monday, October 18, 2021, deadline at 11:00 a.m.

· Eligibility: Individuals or teams (up to 5 members) interested in liberalism or the market economy

· Theme: A video in any format on the theme of liberalism or the market economy

· How to apply

1. Upload your video to YouTube with the hashtag attached.

2. Complete the Center for Free Enterprise (CFE) entry form (

) and you’re done! (*The entry form will open at the start of the submission period.)

· Submission format

1. Video length: 1 to 3 minutes

2. Resolution: 1280×720 (width×height) pixels or higher

3. File formats: avi, mp4, mov

- After submission, contest winners must submit the original video file by email, and will be contacted separately.

- Videos not produced in accordance with the submission format may be disadvantaged in judging.

· Winners announcement: Wednesday, October 27, 2021, posted on the website and individually notified

· Awards

- Grand Prize: 1 winner (certificate and KRW 1,000,000 prize)

- Excellence Prize: 2 winners (certificate and KRW 500,000 prize)

- Merit Prize: up to 10 winners (certificate and KRW 100,000 prize)

- Participation Prize: 30 winners (Starbucks coffee gifticons awarded by lottery)

· Other information

1. User traffic increases from the day before the deadline. Please register at least one hour before the deadline.

2. The copyright to all submitted works belongs to the Center for Free Enterprise (CFE), and winning entries will later be posted on the Center for Free Enterprise (CFE) website and YouTube channel.

3. If you plagiarize or appropriate another person’s work, your award may be revoked even after selection, and all legal responsibility will lie with you.

4. Personal information of applicants will be collected and retained for awarding, prize delivery, and newsletter distribution.

5. Winning entries may not be submitted, in whole or in part, to other contests afterward, and works that have already been submitted to other contests are also excluded from receiving awards.

6. For the Grand Prize and Excellence Prize only, prize money will be paid after deduction of personal income tax.
