38th Future Labor Reform Forum: Current Status and Challenges of the Labor Director System

A seminar titled “Recent Developments and Challenges of the Worker Director System” was held on the theme of the current status and challenges of the worker director system. This seminar was organized to review the current state of adoption of the worker director system and its key issues, while exploring the direction for the system’s development and future tasks. In particular, it provided an opportunity to broadly examine the institutional purpose of strengthening transparency and accountability in the operation of public institutions, as well as its impact on managerial autonomy and labor-management relations.
