This seminar examined, through experimental results, the impact of generative AI on adolescents’ moral judgment and emotions based on Adam Smith’s concept of the “impartial spectator.” It also discussed the need for “relational AI literacy,” which involves verifying the grounds for AI responses and comparing them with other perspectives rather than accepting them as they are, as well as the importance of humans retaining the initiative in making final judgments.
