The seminar titled “Reform Measures for Public-Sector Wage Systems Under the New Government” was successfully held.

As debates over reducing working days and hours—such as the four-day workweek and 4.5-day workweek—emerged as key agenda items in the presidential election, the seminar served as a meaningful platform to explore institutional solutions for reforming public-sector wage systems based on job roles and performance.
