This seminar examined the theme of “happiness” from both scientific and social perspectives, exploring what is truly needed for individuals and society to achieve greater well-being. Drawing on a wide range of domestic and international research on happiness, participants discussed key determinants of happiness and practical ways to enhance it in everyday life.
